Performance of all 4 Perspectives of the Balanced Scorecard is easily monitored

1) Navigate the scorecard by either using the navigation bar on the left or by clicking on the charts themselves  2) The trend indicators show how you’re tracking against targets  3) Select any timeframe and all the charts at any level of the scorecard will change dynamically to that range  4) The charts compare actual and average scores against targets.

Manage your Strategic Objectives
Performance of strategic objectives and their associated KPI’s are easily monitored

1) Performance of your strategic objective is shown on the main chart   2) Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) relating to this objective are displayed on the small charts on the right. In this example, the objective of “Increasing Profit” is affected or is being driven by the two KPI’s “Decrease Costs” and “Increase Sales to New Markets”.

Key Performance Indicator Management
Details of the KPI and its performance can easily be viewed and managed

1) Actual performance of the KPI is compared to its target and the selected period’s trend   2) A quick snapshot of the most recent score with % variance against last period  3) Details of the KPI  4) Assign KPI’s to employees   5) Comments can be entered against the KPI  6) Actual scores are entered and can easily be edited using a simple data input form (see below).

Sub KPI’s
KPI’s can be further segmented and cascaded to a more detailed level (for example, by employee, department, region, brand or product type etc).

1) In this case, the KPI of “Increasing Sales to New Markets” is further broken down into the two sub-KPI’s of 2) East Coast and 3) West Coast
